Geonee date

It seems like the contact with the Geonee is in the wrong place on the Timeline. GURPS Humaniti puts it at about -9000 as does DGP Vilani and Vargr. It doesn't seem like the sublight Vilani were contacting the jump-drive-using Geonee in Massilia sector. I'm going to move it a notch down the timeline so it's in roughly the right place.

• I agree; I am fairly sure that the Vilani had discovered the Jump Drive independently before contacting the Jump-using Geonee. Otherwise the Vilani claim to be a Major Race would be in serious doubt. --WHULorigan (talk) 23:18, 5 December 2021 (EST)
