Built for the Dysprosuk, the Gimel Class Battle Rider is a streamlined needle/wedge hull structure fitted with fuel scoops for ocean refueling and a fuel purification plant. The hull has some armor and the vessel is capable of 6 Gs of acceleration, but has limited agility. It carries light meson screens and a nuclear damper system. A platoon of 28 marines is carried with drop capsules.

- Armament: Spinal mount meson gun (factor-K). One 100-ton particle accelerator bay. Fourteen 100 ton missile bays. Ten dual fusion gun turrets firing as one battery. Twenty triple beam laser turrets firing as two batteries.
