Mainworld Size (S)[edit]

Nerewhon is a Meso World between 10,400km and 12,000km in diameter. The world has a standard gravity between 0.7G and 0.9G. The horizon will appear about 4.7km away.

Mainworld Atmosphere (A)[edit]

Nerewhon has a pressure of 0.10 to 0.42 atmospheres. The very thin pressures require a respirator or Oxygen Mask. TL–5 or more advanced survival gear is required to settle this world.

Mainworld Hydrosphere (H)[edit]

Nerewhon has 75-85% of its surface covered by liquid water with a few large continents and extensive islands. Wilderness refueling is possible.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

The mainworld population was heavily factionalized and overpopulation threatened its surviving habitats. Never fully trusting the Zhodani, the world's factions assembled several "generation" ships and launched them to Indo (Spinward Marches 0703) in the 970s. After the launch of the last ship, one of the larger factions attempted to seize total control of the world and the resulting war slaughtered 90% of the population.
