Chelo is a barren fluid world with oceans consisting of heavily contaminated water or a substance such as ammonia, methane, hydrocarbons, or other exotic liquid.

- It is an unclaimed Non-Aligned world located in the Marvuda Subsector of Wraith Sector.
- This world is a "Twilight Zone World", a planet that is tidally-locked to its star. It has a hot side that permanently faces the star, a cold side that permanently faces away, and a narrow twilight zone in-between.

The Chelo system was officially surveyed by the University of Tal Varisa Deep Sky Program.
