The Chapter class Battle Transport is a heavy warship.
- It is a military ship and a Battleship.
Description (Specifications)
Build to transport one brigade for The Protectorate, as part of the Protectorate Space Navy, this class carries all the brigade's vehicles. These include: (10) 70 ton shuttles, (20) Air Rafts, (90) 10 ton tracked ATVs, and (20) 8 ton G Carriers. All of the 1,100 troopers have drop capsules for orbital assault. The heavily armored hull is a partially streamlined close structure capable of gas giant refueling with scoops and fuel purification. It has a spinal mounted meson gun, a pair of particle accelerator bays, a pair of repulsor bays, ten missile bays, twenty three batteries of triple beam lasers and fusion guns. For defense it has excellent armor to resist fleet and ground fire, as well as, nuclear dampers, meson screen and thirty two batteries of triple sand casters. It models a 6 fib computer adjacent to the bridge. It is capable of jump 3, 3 Gs and has no agility.
