Protectorate Space Navy

The Protectorate fleet consists of eight BatRons and three ScoutRons.

Description (Specifications)

ScoutRons each have 10 Protective class Scouts assigned.

BatRons draw from an available pool of:

• (24) Nova class Escort Carriers 5,000 tons TL–12 each carrying 46
• (1,104) Viking class Fighters 30 tons TL–12
• (16) Retribution class Battleships
• (16) Exorcist class Battle Cruisers
• (32) Dauntless class Heavy Cruisers, TL–12 vessels built using 80,000 dTon heavily armored close structure hulls, capable of Jump-3 Maneuver-4, mounting a spinal Meson Gun as the primary armament as well as numerous secondary batteries, and with a normal crew complement of 726 personnel. Dauntless class vessels carry a complement of 80 Protectorate marines.

Each brigade in the Protectorate Legions has its own Chapter class Battle Transport to carry it into battle. Each naval and scout squadron has its own patrol group. These consist of a Fearless class Light Cruiser and (6) Plasma Storm class Frigates.
