William Richards
William Richards is a Traveller author, contributor, and fan.
Description (Biography)[edit]
Mr. Richards (AKA Willbo) started playing Traveller in 1981. In 1985 He ran a Trillion Credit Squadron game for his friends and part way through realized he had material for an area outside of Known Space. This resulted in his collating the data from the game several years later, which he then turned into fanzine/supplements which he gave to his friends that had participated in the game. He later joined the U.S. Army and is veteran of operation Desert Storm/the First Gulf War.
He operates the Website Stellar Imperia where his latest blog entries and attempts at producing Traveller fan material can be seen and downloaded.
In addition to his Traveller escapades, Mr. Richards is a published academic holding a Master's Degree in Applied Physics and Computer Science. During a long stint as a military contractor he worked heavily with and ran military simulations and some simulators, He even obtained the title of Battle Lab Manager.
