Set far away from known space in an unknown direction , The Talani Sector and it surrounds are far removed from Terra and long ago lost its ties to Mother Earth. After the initial colonization period the Talani as they began to call themselves carved out an existence, defended themselves, and eventually expanded and created the Talani Empire. As with all things time took its toll and the empire fell apart. The Empire's territory is now a broken patchwork of alliances, intrigue, piracy and myths.

History & Background (Dossier)

The blog was set up to store and create data for the Talani Sector of Traveller space. The actual location of this sector is undisclosed. the original creation of the Talani sector took place in 1985, when five friends gathered to play a long game of Trillion Credit Squadron. Four small books where produced several years later detailing parts of the sector, the two subsectors that encompassed the original battlefield, and a Supplement 9 formatted book of the ships used in the conflict by the various navies.
