Uggi is a high-population, water world, which has 90% or more of its surface covered in an ocean of water and a population with a billion or more sophonts in population size.
- The inhabitants of this world live on the roughly 10% of exposed land mass, in underwater colonies, on city ships, or similar arrangements.
- This is a "Puzzle" world designated as an Amber Zone. Caution is advised since the world has an environment, laws, customs, life forms, or other conditions that are not well understood and might be a danger to a visitor.
- It is a member of the Solomani Confederation in the Flux Subsector of Spica Sector.

History & Background / Dossier[edit]
Uggi is by far the most populated world in the Flux Subsector. Its dense arcologies and submarine cities are subject to constant surveillance and unrestricted invasion of privacy, courtesy of a totalitarian government. The infrastructure, though, is efficient and extensive.
World Starport[edit]
Uggi has a Class E Starport, a frontier quality installation with few expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of a downport.
World Technology Level[edit]
Uggi possesses a Technology Level of TL–12 or TL-C in Hexadecimal Notation.
- Common Communication technologies for this TL include: Holovision, Personal Global Communications, and advanced Translators.
- Common Power Generation technologies for this TL include: Increasingly advanced fusion plants and advanced fuel cells.
- Common Transportation technologies for this TL include:
- Land, Water & Air: Personal G-Tubes and advanced gravcraft.
- Space: Advanced interplanetary spacecraft (System Craft).
- FTL: Jump Drive-3.
World Government[edit]
Uggi is governed by a Totalitarian Oligarchy. Ruling functions are provided by a small group, disconnected from the broader populace, and interested in maintaining their power.
World Military[edit]

World Economy[edit]
The highly abundant resources of Uggi attracted the initial large-scale colonization effort. Today, though, almost all of these resources go toward maintaining the world's massive population. There is no starport beyond a class-E, and offworld trade is minimal.
