History & Background (Dossier)

The region takes its name from the Dakhaseri mythology of the Vilani, in which the Anundarluu was an explanation for dark portions of the sky. While the stars were explained as ancestors watching over the living, the rift was explained as a place where unmeritorious souls were confined as punishment for their misdeeds in life.
