History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

The Teddy's Truck class Wheeled 6x6 Cargo Vehicle was designed to be as inexpensive as possible while still being completely bullet proof. They are manufactured at TL–10, these vehicles are manufactured for Teddy's Terror to complete the mercenary Dream Ticket on Aramanx/Aramis (Spinward Marches 3005). These were built with money provided upfront by Sternmetal Horizons an interested megacorporation. The total unit budget was MCr30. The 6x6 wheeled system is an armored box. Fully loaded the suspension struggles to support the 16 tons of cargo. Other versions of this vehicle for additional passengers, workshops, mobile field kitchens, surgical vans/battalion aid stations, and company clearing stations/ambulances were expected but never ordered, much to the chagrin of the hard pressed troops of the unit, whose morale suffers as a direct result of these "oversights". The passengers include the artillery crews or dismounted riflemen.
