Teddy's Terror
A Technologically Elevated Dictatorship, has formed a unit of Huscarls. His Mercenary unit is called Teddy's Terror, and it is a Dream Ticket formation.
The GEV/ACV armored company fields three variants of the TL–10 M7 Terror class ACV/GEVs, these are heavily armed and armored Hovercraft. A platoon of three ACV Mass Drivers with three crew. The Terror deploys (40) Light General Purpose Panic class Wheeled 4x4 Vehicles. They have two crew and can carry a four man fire-team. Cr. 455,036
They use (12) Teddy's Truck class Wheeled 6x6 Cargo Vehicles. These are prime movers and utility vehicles fitted to carry two crew and can carry four passengers. Cr. 353,890.8
He fields a company sized unit of motorized rifle infantry. There are 122 riflemen, aside from their uniforms they are sent into battle with a bullpup layout, composite, semi-automatic battle rifle with iron sights and a single clip of 20 rounds of 7mm plastic jacketed ammunition, 4.5kg. Cr. 26,840
There is an attached elite squad of ten scout/snipers who are trained as forward observers and are used to designate targets. They have Combat Environment Suits and TL–9 10kg Laser Rifles with 100 shot battery packs. Cr. 60,000 The motorized infantry deploys in six trucks and (27) Jeeps.
His vehicle and artillery crews have hand crafted truncheons for self defense if they dismount or abandon their vehicles. He uses the trucks to tow a battery of six M-20A class 20cm Hyper-Velocity Towed Guns. Each gun requires a crew of 19 artillerists, a gunner and eighteen loaders. It takes six trucks and (13) Jeeps to move the 114 artillerists necessary to operate this battery, it requires all vehicle crews and passengers of these vehicles to fully staff the battery. His air assets are comprised of a flight of three A-10 Fearsome class VTOL Ground Attack Planes. Each has a single pilot, well trained in close air support. Cr. 2,238,900.1
He uses a very expensive custom satellite. It is typically deployed into a geosynchronous orbit over the unit's theater of operations. It combines the features of a battle computer, and provides GPS functions for the unit's map boxes. It can be remotely operated from the ground and provides an orbital range radio command link. It has a suite of optical sensors for reconnaissance, coordinates up to eight indirect fire missions as well as a TL–10 fire direction center with +2 initiative. Cr. 8,137,750
The entire battalion numbers 384 soldiers and crew members combined. The formation is devoid of support, logistics, command and control assets. Teddy is down to Cr. 54,770 for petty cash and needs an infusion of capital ASAP.
