The Prancing Poni class Charter Yacht is a TL–12 luxury Charter Yacht.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
One of the minor variants of the Leaping Snowcat class Safari Ship. Typically catering to a high-class clientele, these remove the capture tanks and weapon-storage lockers in favor of four more luxury staterooms, a small emergency aid station, and 4.5 Tons of extra cargo space for more passenger baggage.
The usual hunting launch is often replaced by a standard launch in this variant.
The Prancing Poni-class is seldom profitable simply going from planet to planet as a pure passenger ship. Instead, it offers some additional services that allow it to demand top credit for passage and recoup its costs. For example, these ships are sometime used for sightseeing tours to archaeological digs, famous architectural works, historical locales, etc.
The Prancing Poni-class is also found as a private yacht.
