Paulo I: Second issue of Zhakirov. Born in 684, proclaimed emperor in 736, died of natural causes in 767.
- Built Paulo's Annex, a companion structure to the Imperial Palace, in 740.
- Revised Moot Proxy-Voting system.
History & Background (Biography)[edit]
The reign of Paulo I saw peace with the Zhodani Consulate and was a "Golden Age" for Imperial interest and research in and popular practice of Psionics.
