Lurglani (language)

Lurglani is a pidgin dialect spoken by the Mmarislusant subgroup on the Luriani homeworld, Daramm, and elsewhere in the Luriani Cultural Association.

Description

A significant minority of the cultural Luriani population of Daramm are biological Vilani known as Mmarislusant ("Victims of History"). The Mmarislusant are descended from stranded Vilani colonists of the Rule of Man and Long Night periods. They have absorbed much of Luriani culture, and are viewed by both themselves and the natives as being genuine Luriani. They speak (in addition to their own native Old High Vilani native dialect, "Mmarislusant") a pidgin-variant of Vilani known as Lurglanic, a blend of Vilani and Aaca.
