Description (Specifications)[edit]
K'kree interstellar client state. The farthest rimward survivor of the so-called Wall States, the client states set up, often at gunpoint, by the K'kree following the war with the Hivers to keep their spinward border insulated from g'naak and other savages.
The Losan Partnership is pre-dominantly Human, though travel-capable K'kree client races and more tolerant K'kree are not uncommon.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
The Losan Partnership, or "The binding and duress directed partnership of supposedly mutual benefit signed at Losan" (to translate the name more literally), was created by the K'kree with the assistance of their clients the Girug'kagh and the Hag'hg'k to co-opt some of the first humans to reach the area. In exchange for having their foreign policy pre-determined, the humans received limited but recognized sovereignty, technical and logistic assistance, and stable trade relations. The Partnership, like the Lank'gha Collective, the Ka'ra Mandate, and the Gathering of Kirgia, intercepts outsiders attempting to enter the Two Thousand Worlds, and either turns them around or properly prepares them to deal with the K'kree.
The political structure of the Partnership is remarkably stable. Disputes between worlds are kept low-key. The few exceptions over the last 3,000 years have well-documented consequences.
