Likhap Cluster

The Likhap Cluster is an astrographic feature located in Glimmerdrift Reaches Sector.

Description / Specifications

The Likhap Cluster lies almost at the center of the Glimmer Drift. Interstellar dust is sufficiently thick that there are areas of the cluster from which it is unsafe to Jump. Close to the 100-diameter limit of any planet or star is safe, as the body’s gravity sweeps the area clean, but outsystem jumps are somewhat hazardous.

It has jump-2 connection to the Slate Cluster.

History & Background / Dossier

The Likhap Cluster was settled by Humans, descended from the Solomani-Vilani society of the Rule of Man.

The Beree are native to this cluster, and while they have no spaceflight capability, they are in contact with visitors to their world. Small numbers of Beree can be found among Human communities within the Likhap Cluster, having "signed on" with spacecraft crews or descending from those that did.
