Lefiguura is an agricultural, nonindustrial, pre-rich world with a growing agro-economy, but still lacks an adequate population to expand its economy to a rich status.

  • As an agricultural world, this world is a near-ideal environment for producing quality foodstuffs of plant, animal, and other forms. Quality foodstuffs are a major export commodity for this world.
  • It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. Having to import most manufactured and high tech goods drives the price up for these items at this world.
  • This world has promising economic future although it needs to recruit a larger labor force in order to achieve the desired prosperity.
  • This dangerous world is designated an Amber Zone with an environment, laws, customs, life forms, or other conditions that make it dangerous to visitors.
  • It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Khulam Subsector of Diaspora Sector in the Domain of Sol.
  • This world has an Imperial Scout base, capable of handling IISS starships and personnel.

Mainworld Topography and Geography[edit]

A smaller world than Terra, and over three-quarters water, it still has abundant land for its inhabitants. There is a single large landmass in the west and a large archipelago (the Calay Islands) in the east.

History & Background[edit]

Lefiguura is a rich and fertile planet that serves as the breadbasket of Khulam Subsector.

In the 900s, an anti-technological sect purchased a number of islands in the Calay Archipelago, to allow themselves to enjoy the rural TL-6 lifestyle that their beliefs demanded. These Oksanites believed that computers were a threat to Human existence, and that AI research was particularly abominable and dangerous. They moved to Lefiguura to escape what they foresaw as the coming inevitable doom of interstellar society.

Imperial High (Landed) Nobility[edit]

Lefiguura, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial Landed Knight who acts as an Imperial representative to the world, and the estate and fiefdom of two members of the Imperial Landed Nobility, who oversee affairs regarding the world at an Interstellar and Imperial level.

History-Era: New Era[edit]

The Scout base on Lefiguura is an island of TL-11 efficiency and has a live-and-let-live understanding with Solomani patrol units. The Scouts' supplies reach Lefiguura via a tenuous logistical line from the Unity of Promise. In exchange, the Scouts serve the UP as sky watchers and as liaisons to the Solomani.
