Kaekfesa is an agricultural, nonindustrial world still lacking adequate means to expand its economy.
- As an agricultural world, this world is a near-ideal environment for producing quality foodstuffs of plant, animal, and other forms. Quality foodstuffs are a major export commodity for this world.
- It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. Having to import most manufactured and high tech goods drives the price up for these items at this world.
- This world is also the overall capital of an interstellar government with the massive extra trade and prestige associated with that role.
- It is a member of the Nation of Urukhu in the Fanganger Subsector of Gvurrdon Sector in the Vargr Extents.
- This world-system has a Naval Base, usually associated with military starships, which may be located on or off-world.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
The capital of the Nation of Urukhu.
Prince Urukhu rose to power on Kaekfesa and became a well-respected leader. Vargr living under his rule had few restrictions as long as they paid their taxes. Trade between member worlds was a thriving business and the small Urukhu nation became self-reliant.
World Starport[edit]
Kaekfesa has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.
- There is an associated Naval Base.
- Vargr starports reflect the variety of Vargr architecture, with many disparate styles of building, each having their own unique ornamentation and gaudy colour scheme, and all competing for the attention of the onlooker. Emblems for the major shipping lines and port facilities abound.
Demographics[edit]
The Vargr on Kaekfesa are primarily of the Aekhu culture, with many of the communities formed around family packs.
World Languages[edit]
Urbanization[edit]
Vargr cities are lively and chaotic, full of garish colours and loud noises. Streets are packed and buildings press together. Vehicle traffic is fast and chaotic; the accident rate is low only because of superior Vargr reflexes. Zoning codes are rare, and districts jumble together.
World Government (G)[edit]
Kaekfesa is governed by a Feudal Technocracy. Society divides itself based on the technical requirements of the society. Each of these functions are granted as a fief to an individual or group. Leadership of these fiefs determines the head of the government.
Most families live in farming communities, with the most dominant pack owning the farm and commanding the workforce. Neighbouring farms come under the jurisdiction of the most influential leader in that region and each region forms a separate faction within the Kaekfesa government.
World Economy[edit]
- Non-Industrial
- World Trade Number (WTN) : 2.5
- Per Capita Income (WPCI) : $ 1,144
Later History: Collapse[edit]
The nation of Urukhu was eventually was attacked by the Thoengling Empire, and eventually fell to corsair bands.
