• It is a member of the Zhodani Consulate in the Province of Iadr Nsobl, in the Diazhiensh Subsector of Ziafrplians Sector.

History & Background (Dossier)

This is an Unabsorbed World (equivalent to Amber Zone); claimed and governed by the Zhodani Consulate but not absorbed into the mainstream of Zhodani culture.

Prior to 1087, Ipliadle was a major trading partner of nearby worlds. It was independently prosperous enough to resist absorption into the Zhodani Consulate. However, after the Fourth Frontier War, internal disagreements over relations with the Consulate devolved into civil war. The subsequent reconstruction government is suspicious of anything too partisan.

World Starport

Ipliadl has a Class E Starport, a frontier quality installation with few expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of a downport.

The starport's current rating is the result of the civil war; prior to the conflict it was a genuinely effective facility.
