This category is for "Adventure Class" Ships (ACS), which include all Vessels smaller than 2,500 tons displacement, both civilian and military.

Naval terminology generally refers to vessels belonging to this size class as the "Auxiliary Class" (ACS), as ships of this size range generally have no main-battle combat role in modern naval fleet actions, but rather include vessels that either support the main battle elements or act independently as patrol and escort combatants in provincial and colonial navies.

3.	Starships	100 tons or larger	Starships are vessels with interstellar drives. (Occasionally known as "Largecraft")

4.	Adventure Class Ships (ACS)	10 tons - 2,400 tons	Naval parlance may use the term Auxiliary Class Ships rather than Adventure Class Ships. They serve many roles including customs, patrol, planetary defense, tramp freighters, etc. Small Adventure Class (Small ACS): 10 ton - 100 ton ("Smallcraft") "Standard" Adventure Class (Small ACS): 100 ton - 1000 ton Large Adventure Class (Large ACS): 1000 ton - 2400 ton ("Very Light" Battle Class Ships (BCS))
