The Ashdak Meshukiiba of Uurku (Dagudashaag 2405) are a technologically primitive Minor Non-Human Race with a non-humanoid appearance.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
"Cow-Ants", a species native to Uurku (Dagudashaag 2405), are unique in Dagudashaag Sector as they are officially classified as both sentient and non-sentient. Saloika Bremiur, who was investigating the reproduction cycle of Spence's Dracaena Marginata Shrimp in 1102, was the first to officially document and study their sentient phase.
The Ashdak Meshukiiba is a large, bilaterally symmetrical, warm blooded, quasi-bipedal omnivorous anthropoid. The body is segmented into five main sections: the head, thorax, shoulder, hip, and abdomen. It has the distinction of being one of the few species discovered with 20 jointed appendages, 18 of which are used for manipulation or locomotion and none of which are used for reproduction. It has an opaque vari-colored chitinous exoskeleton with some supporting endoskeletal structures of little consequence. A quadrupedal stance is assumed when it wishes to move at a faster pace or while burdended. More regularly it will be found in a bipedal stance, where is stands 2.2 meters tall. The adults weigh 80kg, with 30% of the body mass dedicated to lung tissue.
