History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
The Glorious Empire had a marine bioengineering project here, seeding Alr's oceans with aquatic life and creating an oceanic equivalent to the plains on which Aslan traditionally hunt.
After an orbital bombardment by Hierate Aslan of the Serauleiai clan, Alr was left in dire condition, and a council of aquafarmers and sea hunters now meets to discuss the many struggles of rebuilding. Many of the world's slaves have been freed to participate in this effort.
