World Government

Early History

The Souggvuez ran their own affairs as an isolated world until -300. Thereafter, there was contact with Vargr Corsairs, Traders and Culture. By 100, Talon was a large part of a small Vargr state in Million Subsector. By 210 this state had partially dissolved, but Talon was still able to maintain political unity with neighbouring Unekh (Deneb 2603) and Fosfog (Deneb 2702). The Vargr Campaigns broke up this state and the world proceeded independently, but as part of the Vargr culture until the United Followers of Augurgh were formed.

1090s to 1140s

With 2 billion inhabitants, Talon is the most populated world in the subsector and is the most important world in the subsector of a small Vargr-controlled federation of worlds called the United Followers of Augurgh whose capital is at Augurgh (Tuglikki 3037).

After 1143

The collapse of the United Followers of Augurgh at the hands of Virus sees the world as an independent polity struggling for survival in a very hostile environment. It was subject to attacks and basing by the Red Pelts in the later-1140s.
