The Isa Gap is an astrographic feature lying across two subsectors within Mavuzog Sector.
- It is a rift area of low stellar density.
- It is a barrier to interstellar trade and commerce.
Description (Specifications)
The Isa Gap is a region of low stellar density within the rimward edge of Galaxa Subsector and the central and coreward parts of Siridor Subsector.
- It is named for Isa, a system lying at its center.
- It hampers interstellar trade.
- It forms a natural obstacle to Jaibok expansion.

The gap has rough dimensions of 7 parsecs coreward-rimward by 7 parsecs spinward-trailing.

The Isa Gap prevents effective trade and commerce, which largely depends on Jump-2 vessels.
- The Gap cannot be routinely crossed by vessels with less than Jump-4.
- The Wilder Stars lie along its spinward edge.
