Designed by Antony Farrell, the Presidio class armored cruiser were the largest type of warship constructed by the Delsun Comagistrate prior to virus striking the polity. Built to the best highest standard the Comagistrate could achieve TL–13 they were a potent class of vessel in the region.
Recent intelligence reports that at least one vessel of this class has been recovered by the Czarate of Delsun and that it may be nearly operational have alarmed neighboring states. Rumors that the Czarate may have two vessels of this type has not been greeted with joy.
