A low-population, non-industrial Imperial world located in the Masionia Subsector of the Lishun Sector. Dynam contains a major Naval Depot, and the system is sometimes known simply as "Depot."

By the 200s Dynam was a hub of belter activity, and in 690 the Imperial Navy first established a naval depot in the Dynam system. By 940 depot operations began to wind down, and in 990, following the Third Frontier War, the Navy decided to use the system as a center for mothballing reserve ships.
