A Die Back World was once extensively settled and developed, but at some time in the last thousand years, its inhabiting sophonts died out leaving behind the remnants of their civilization.
Description / Specifications
A Die-back world UWP has a non-zero Tech Level. While the population of the original species may be extinct, degenerate successors or other sophont species may have arose in the absence of the precursor civilization.
