Designed and built for the great exodus with the Last Armada. These ships fled Earth as part of the Expedition, that fled the Destruction of Terra at the hands of the Vilani Imperium in 2147AD, carrying with them the last remnants of Terran culture and independence, and ultimately settled the Distant Fringe. This cruiser carries enough internal for a Jump 3 followed by a Jump 1 on internal fuel and can be fitted with drop tanks as needed to cross larger rift zones. It is equipped with scoops and on board purification for ocean refueling should that opportunity present itself. There is a frozen watch to share and rotate the duties over the long voyage. It carries the best 100 ton missile bay available to deal with aggressive threats in the unknown region of space. There is a battery of triple sand caster turrets, a battery of four triple beam laser turrets (used to shoot down approaching rocks and space debris), and four batteries of fusion guns for point defense. It has a model 6 fib computer and nuclear dampers and meson screens. These screens are used, primarily to deal with long term radiation exposure, to shield embryos from lethal dosages from high speed, short wavelength particles. Because of the demands for extra fuel for greater range it is not armored. It is capable of 5Gs acceleration and has a 3 agility rating.
