Rabir has a thin, tainted atmosphere and a complete lack of surface water, making it poorly suited to sophont habitation. The system has a population of tens of millions of sophonts. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Arnakhish Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Rabir, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight (the Imperial representative to the world) and the fiefdom of a marquis. Both are members of the Imperial Landed Nobility who oversee affairs regarding the world at an Interstellar and Imperial level.

Description (Planetology)
Rabir has a vague resemblance to Terra; in size, rotation, gravity, and natural satellites. Rabir has a 28 hour day and a 154 day yearly orbit, with no axial tilt. The atmosphere has elevated levels of oxygen and carbon dioxide, giving acidic precipitation.
Both plants and animals are accustomed to the high carbonic acid levels in the rain. The atmosphere is humid and hazy, and the whole surface of the planet is subjected to great fogs and mists.
Rabir has large bodies of water, with a close orbit around the primary preventing ice-caps from forming. Very few species of fauna exist, but a great many species of flora. All of the major land masses in the equatorial regions are covered by rainforest to the sea shore.
Native Lifeforms: Ashdak Meshukiiba (Anglic: Ashdak Meshukiiba)
The world is host to one of the most remarkable creatures with symbotic unions — Ashdak Meshukiiba (Anglic: Ashdak Meshukiiba) and Spence's Dracaena Marginata shrimp.
History & Background (Dossier)
Rabir was originally settled by Vilani farmers and miners around -5500. The original Makhidkarun settlers, paying very little attention to the planet's non-profitable resources, ignored much of the fauna of Rabir. The colonies are situated in the far northern and southern latitudes. The colony is self sufficient at TL–9, trading spice, food staples, rice, and ores off world through their two class B starports. The Vilani society is both welcoming and gregarious to travelers.
During the Long Night this world was named Larshaa.
