Newcomb is a poor, non-industrial hellworld with one small moon, located on the Rim Main within Banasdan Subsector of the Solomani Rim. The system is a member of the Imperium.
The majority of the planet’s population lives in Circle City, a small provincial town. The planet is also home to an Imperial prison that doubles as a mining camp. Originally established to house Solomani guerrillas and terrorists, the facility now handles common criminals who are forced to labor in the mines.
