Gas Traders are interstellar resource collectors, sometimes called Gas Miners.

Description (Specifications)

Commercial Tankers are purpose-built fully streamlined flying gas-tanks massing thousands of displacement tons. They are fitted with fuel transfer facilities, skimming equipment, and efficient modern purification plants.

History & Background (Dossier)

Gas Traders may work closely with the Recovery Trade. The presence of tenders and tankers within a system may create a Nomad Port and temporarily upgrade the local starport rating.
