The Cairne-Corsabren Run is a J-5 jump bridge across the Lesser Rift, located in the Empty Quarter Sector.

This route allows vessels capable of jump-5 to cross between Third Imperium space and territory of the Julian Protectorate.

- Neelamani (Empty Quarter 1726) is the last rimward port of call before entering the Cairne-Corsabren Run. Neelamani provides a customs interface with the Julian Protectorate and independent worlds on the coreward end of the Run.
- Cairne (Empty Quarter 1923) is the low-tech part of this otherwise high-tech Run across the Lesser Rift.
- Corsabren (Empty Quarter 1619) is an independent world with an Imperial Naval Base.
- The run ends at Bishop (Empty Quarter 1616) at the coreward end of the sector.
