Subsector G of Gn'hk'r Sector. A region of the Lesser Rift, it contains six star systems (four single stars, two binary systems).
Description[edit]
Subsector Summary: 1116[edit]
The six systems are as follows:
- Kaengughdhue (1711):
800,000 Vargr live on and around this insidious, inhospitable world. Classified as a feudal technocracy, they only survive through the corsairs who maintain the remaining high technology. This is achieved through raids on the K'kree -- sooner or later, the K'kree will work it out and destroy this faltering society.
- Relukhs (1712):
A billion Vargr live low-tech lives under a religious dictatorship. The religion is a fatalistic one, a response to life on an undefended low-tech world on the K'kree border. It teaches that the people are tested before the ancestral pack spirits by their preparation for the apocalypse, which will one day come. The apocalypse will almost certainly have hooves.
- Nitengixag (1720):
A link on the J-4 Rift crossing. Its steppelord has let this important position go to his head a little, and the government is listed as non-charismatic dictatorship. The 60,000,000 K'kree live an agrarian life, as they prefer.
- Vugaeer (2115):
900 million Vargr of many nations live here, at jump-5 distance from any K'kree neighbours. Their navy stands watch regardless.
- Dagzan (2211):
300 Vargr attached to a corporation are doing something here, and it apparently needs a state-of-the-art starport and naval yard.
- Unnamed (2320):
Out in the Rift, this system is ignored.
