Sagikii is a vacuum world, with no atmosphere or hydrosphere. The system has a population between 100 million and 1 billion sophonts. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Shallows Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Sagikii, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight (the Imperial representative to the world) and the fiefdoms of a marquis and a viscount. All three are members of the Imperial Landed Nobility who oversee affairs regarding the world at an Interstellar and Imperial level. This world contains an Imperial Scout Base, capable of handling Scout Service starships and personnel. 90% of the world's population is the Minor Human Race Ziadd. During the Long Night this world was named Kherlu.

History and Background

Sagikii, unlike its near neighbor Oeth (Dagudashaag 0419), has banned the possession of weapons by any but the police; bladed weapons are defined as a knife longer than the shortest finger of the owner's hand.

The world is also famous for the production of Yamok Sauce. The recipe has been handed down from mother to daughter in just one family and they now employ most people on this world.

Sagikii has a Class D Starport, a poor quality installation which has few of the expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.
