The primary concern of naval doctrine at that time was commerce protection. Business and trade were to be secure and profitable. They had a good population base with several class A starports to support autonomous fleet operations, logistics, repairs and maintenance services.

History & Background (Dossier)

During the classic era the Vegans had three fleets based at three Naval Bases inside their territory within the Solomani Rim Sector. The main naval headquarters was based on Muan Gwi (world). The other two battle fleets were located at Muan Kwoyen (world) and at Hsuishlesh (world).
