Subsector L of Divide Sector. Redoubt Subsector contains 8 systems with a total population of 1.20 million Sophonts. It is named for its astrographic position, in that it would be the last bastion of Terran resistance should the Vilani Imperium invade the Distant Fringe. It contains Resulos (2729 Divide), the most technologically advanced world within the Fringe. The subsector forms the tip of the Hylan Spur, part of the Bright Peninsula. The subsector lies on the edge of the Moat Rifts.
