A non-industrial world located in the Lanth Subsector of the Spinward Marches. Vreibefger has a frozen climate and a dense oxygen-nitrogen atmosphere.

The most well-known native species is the icebear, a ferocious-looking shaggy quadruped that weighs 135 kg and is occasionally hunted for its fur. The icebears are herbivorous and generally harmless, but when angered can be quite dangerous.

Vreibefger is a member of the Imperium and the system contains both naval and scout orbital bases. Much of the planet's economy is devoted to providing support to these bases.

An Imperial Research Station is located at a remote site on-planet, in the crater of an extinct volcano in the Molars, a peculiarly squared-off mountain range.
