Terran emigres from the Interstellar Wars settled First Law. Over the next 700 years, the Terrans slowly expanded from First Law, establishing more colonies on nearby worlds in Uhtaa Subsector.

World Starport (Sp)

First Law has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

• -1385: To rimward, the Ulane receive jump drive from the Aslan.
  • With their few starships, the Ulane explore a number of worlds in their subsector and coreward into Reaver's Deep Sector.
• 380: Peace of Ftahalr
  • This relieves the external pressure of Aslan enmity on the Celestime League, which is subsequently shattered by internal conflict.
• 856: The founding of the Union of Harmony, bringing together former members of the Ulane Nations and Celestime League, among others.
