History & Background (Dossier)

The Xoar are found on worlds considered non-habitable by the Major Races, and have scattered across the sector to settle them. The Xoar are comfortable on planets with no liquid surface water, only water ice, and require only trace atmospheres. Their homeworld of Xoarax (Spica 1921) is located within the Hive Federation, with 400,000,000 residents, but most Humans know of them due to their colonies, a string of worlds across coreward Spica labelled in the order they were identified, from Xoar Alpha through Beta, Gamma, Delta, Epsilon, and Zeta.

Those Xoar who remain within the Hive Federation, on Xoarax and in neighbouring systems, are the Wuiche.
