Talk:Xoar

It's not explicit, so far as I know, but we might assume that the people of Xoarax (which is listed as a minor race homeworld) are connected to the nearby Xoar systems Alpha through Zeta. The planetary environment seems to fit -- cold, trace atmosphere, desert -- so that was presumably the intent.
