Ouser is an icy, low-population world, with a population of less than 10,000 sophonts, warranting hazardous environment precautions.
- Its surface is ice-capped with nearly all of its water frozen.

Erent-Ouser System[edit]
The primary is Erent, a dim red main sequence star. It has a luminosity of 0.004 Sols, a mass of 0.273 Sols, and a diameter of 414,000 km. (I) a vacuum worldlet, (II) Ouser, designated the mainworld, and (III) an exotic atmosphere bigworld form the outer system. Few of the worlds retain satellites.

(II) Ouser[edit]
(II) Ouser is designated the mainworld. It orbits Erent at a mean distance of 0.45 AU (67.3 million km), within the habitable zone. It has an orbital period of 211 days 1 hour: it is tidally locked to Erent. The axial tilt is 1 degree. Ouser has a diameter of 3,004 km, a density of 3.22 g/cm³, and a surface gravity of 0.14 G. Tidal stresses generated by the gravitational pull of Erent cause occasional geological activity. Its atmosphere is rated as Trace, with a mean surface pressure of 0.03 bar and a composition of 93% carbon dioxide (CO2) 5% nitrogen (N2), 1% argon (Ar), and 1% water vapor (H2O), nitrogen oxide (NOx), neon (Ne) and other trace gases. Approximately 12% of the surface is covered in sheets of crystalline water-ice. Mean surface temperature: -138°C. The climate is rated as Frigid and is static, with no seasonal changes during the local year. The atmosphere is ethereal and weak weather systems driven by the star ghost across the globe.
Mainworld Geography and Topography[edit]
Total surface area: 28.3 million km², Land surface area: 24.9 million km², Ice surface area: 3.4 million km².
