• This world was colonized by and is controlled from Mikhag Kuu.

World Starport

Khuuma has a Class C Starport, an average quality installation which features amenities including unrefined fuel for starships, some brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing maintenance and other kinds of repair. Ports of this classification generally have only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.

Linguistic Topography

The following languages are among the most commonly used here:

• Core Anglic: One of the principal dialects of one of the two official languages of the Third Imperium.
• Sylean: The traditional Sylean tongue, maintained as a major language within the Sylean Worlds.
• Vilani: One of the two official languages of the Third Imperium.

World Military

As with all of the Sylean Worlds save Capital and Yirsh Poy, Khuuma is demilitarised and has been since the Civil War.

World Law

Imperial law is almost completely compatible with the Syleans' Maarist religious law. Sylean marriage customs (which include polygamy and concubinage) are the most likely points of contention. Syleans also come into frequent conflict with strong intellectual-property laws in other Imperial cultures.

World Culture

The major Sylean religion is Maar Zon, centered on the holy book, the Maar Ki Zon.
