• This world contains an archaeological site with suspected high-tech remnants of the now-vanished Ancients precursor race.
• It is a member of the Zhodani Consulate in the Tliaqbravets Subsector of Zhodane Sector.

• This world-system has a Military Base, usually associated with military ground forces, which may be located on or off-world.

Relics of the Ancients are found here, and among them live a population of Droyne. These Droyne are on good terms with the Zhodani Consulate.

World Starport (Sp)

Kaythe has a Class A Starport, an excellent quality installation which includes all the expected amenities including refined fuel for starships, brokerage services for passengers and cargo, and a variety of ship provisions. There is a shipyard capable of doing annual maintenance, overhauls and other kinds of repair, and construction of both starships and non-starships. Most ports of this classification have both a Highport and a Downport.

Population

The recognised population is 400,000 Droyne. This may be a rough estimate.

Droyne organise themselves into oytripin, which consist of multiple tyafelmin and dreskayin, and can produce kroylosses.

  • Droyne Languages: Oynprith is a ceremonial and ritualistic language apparently universal among Droyne communities. Other Languages are used in casual day-to-day affairs.

World Government (G)

Kaythe is governed by a Droyne Hierarchy. The communities and government of this world have been stable for thousands (perhaps hundreds of thousands) of years. Government is hereditary. Confidence of the citizenry as human governments would measure it is a nonissue, as the Droyne citizenry never challenge this arrangement in the way humans might.
