Description / Specifications

The Jubb-Duseb Corridor is a conventional jump-2 route connecting the worlds of the Afkhar Cluster and the Nist Cluster.

History & Background

The Jubb-Duseb Corridor has served as a trade route between Scybria and the Nist Cluster since the region was first settled. The Corridor became strategically important to the Grand Ascendency as it was the only conventional route between the two halves of the polities' territory. The Grand Ascendency improved the ports of the systems and emplaced defenses and bases.

The Scybrian Polyarchy, which occupied the same territory as the Grand Ascendency, also understood the Corridors importance and similarly defended it. The Corridor was much fought over during the Scybrian Wars, with frequent heavy raids and attacks from Corolian Jurisdicture forces seeking to disrupt trade between Scybria and the Nist Cluster.
