Tarda-Jerik System[edit]
The primary is Tarda, a red giant star. It has a luminosity of 2280 Sols, a mass of 7.4 Sols, and a diameter of 317 million km – the star's corona extends out to 1.06 AU, within orbital position (IV). The inner system consists of (V) a vacuum worldlet, (VI) a trace atmosphere inner world, (VII) an exotic atmosphere radworld, (VIII) a corrosive atmosphere inferno world, (IX-I) a trace atmosphere worldlet, and (IX-II) a very thin atmosphere hospitable world. (X) Jerik orbits within the habitable zone and is designated the mainworld. (XI-I) an exotic atmosphere hospitable world, (XI-II) a small gas giant, and (XII) a large gas giant form the outer system. Few of the worlds retain satellites.

(X) Jerik is designated the mainworld. It orbits Tarda at a mean distance of 75.4 AU (11.3 billion km), within the habitable zone. It has an orbital period of 240 years 249 days and a rotation period of 43 hours. The axial tilt is 4 degrees. Jerik has a diameter of 4,632 km, a density of 3.84 g/cm³, and a surface gravity of 0.25 G. The world is geologically active. Its atmosphere is rated as Very Thin, Tainted, with a mean surface pressure of 0.23 bar and a composition of 84% nitrogen (N2), 14% abiotic oxygen (O2), 1% argon (Ar), and 1% carbon dioxide (CO2), water vapor (H2O), ozone (O3), neon (Ne) and other trace gases. The taint is caused by the low percentage of atmospheric oxygen and the relatively high levels of background radiation: emission rates exceed 1 rad per hour. Approximately 19% of the surface is covered in seas of liquid water: average tidal ranges exceed 0.35m. Mean surface temperature: 53°C. The climate is rated Hot and is static, with no seasonal changes during the local year. The atmosphere is slow and minor weather systems driven by the star and the seas drift across the globe.

Mainworld Geography and Topography[edit]
