A County within the Duchy of Regina, the County of Louzy has consistently failed to prosper despite even the boost of the mineral finds of the 600s. The Counts of Louzy have consistently failed to invest in the planet, or have done so through leases that have enriched the off-world investors (particularly the Imperial MegaCorporations) not their subjects.
Despite this poor performance, the County has been consistently pro-Imperial and has faced both Zhodani and Vargr with bravado.
