The Colonial Space Patrol Battalion is a spacegoing military force primarily located in Hanstone Sector.

The Council Military Advisory Committee has 20 battalions organized into two space brigades. They use squads of 12 marines for each Sheppard class Patrol Rocket. There are 5,400 marines, divided into two brigades of 2,700 marines, in ten battalions of 270 marines each.
