Atsak Federation
A defunct Vargr state in Deneb Sector.
The Atsak Federation was conquered in the early years of the Third Imperium as Imperial forces pushed past Corridor Sector into what would become the Domain of Deneb.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
More of a confederation, the state's borders fluctuated greatly from year to year, as those of Vargr states tend to do.
Dissolution[edit]
The Atsah Subsector was quickly formed from the Atsak Federation as the Third Imperium annexed the region. By the time the Imperial ambassador and Tukera factor Shekhagimu arrived at Atsah (Deneb 2913), the Federation was in the midst of collapse.
Shekhagimu was a seasoned diplomat and businessman. After a show of appropriate military/naval strength and cunning, he gained the support of the local Vargr leaders, in keeping with Vargr charismatic politics. Each world was ceded to a separate Vargr Clan warlord, with the exception of Atsah (Deneb 2913). Atsah was claimed for the Imperial warlord, The Emperor, who ruled by proxy through his Duke.
The current Atsah Cultural Region is technically not a part of the Third Imperium, but functions as such in all but name.
