Description (Specifications)

The Amderstun Empire is a fairly large pocket empire, comprising 50 worlds located rim-trailing of the centre of Amderstun Sector. It also shares its name with its capital, Amderstun (Amderstun 2125), which is also the capital of the sector. The world Amderstun in turn shares its name with its monarch, a highly controversial figure known only as Lord Amderstun.

Lord Amderstun's exact identity has not been confirmed. The most popular theory amongst historians is that he (or at least the original) is Andrew Erstu, born in 419 on Ilelish. The claim that the same man has held the position for six hundred years is attributed, speculatively, to some unknown super-anagathic available in the region. Others assume a series of clones or imposters have kept the name and face of Amderstun in power.

Interstellar Relations

While there has not been any conflict on the scale of their initial war in the last four centuries, diplomatic relations between the Empire and the Chromirim Alliance have barely improved.

Diplomatic relations between the central governments of the Empire and the Galizon Defence District are strained, but there is limited trade between the two polities, mainly through the world of Espolar (Amderstun 1830).
